Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Internet Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online leads, engaging with potential customers via email, chat, and phone, and guiding them through the car buying process. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
• Provide information about vehicles, pricing, promotions, and financing options
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and test drive vehicles
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure a positive buying experience
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:
