Job Description: As a Sales Associate at Platinum Ford North, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and desires. You will provide exceptional customer service, guide customers through the sales process, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the dealership
• Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences to understand their vehicle requirements
• Provide detailed information about available vehicles, including features, options, and pricing
• Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle capabilities and benefits
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and negotiate pricing terms
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
• Stay informed about new products, features, and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
