Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds, highlighting features and benefits to match customer needs.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, offering test drives, and providing detailed product presentations.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, financing options, and dealership promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience preferred, automotive sales experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
